Hospkart Partnership Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Hospkart Partnership Program(“Program”), operated by Hospkart Healthique Pvt. Ltd. (“Hospkart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By enrolling as an affiliate partner (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”), you agree to abide by theseterms.

1. Eligibility

* You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

* The program is open to individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, and companies.

* Hospkart reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

* Affiliates refer hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to Hospkart.

* For every order placed through a verified affiliate referral, the affiliate earns a flat

1% commission on the invoice value (excluding GST, freight charges, anddiscounts).

3. Referral Tracking

* Referrals will be tracked using unique referral codes/links or documented introductions approved by Hospkart.

* Only orders placed by hospitals directly linked to the affiliate will be eligible.

* Tracking accuracy depends on correct use of referral codes or approved

introduction procedures.

4. Commission & Payment

* Commission Rate: 1% of eligible sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

* Payments will be made monthly, within 15 working days after month-end.

* Minimum payout threshold: ■1,000. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next cycle.

* Payments will be made via bank transfer, based on details provided by the affiliate.

* TDS and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian tax laws.

5. Restrictions

* Misrepresent Hospkart’s products, pricing, or policies.

* Use false or misleading advertising.

* Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives.
